More info

Representing army co-operation and observation aircraft ideas of the mid-1930s, the Fieseler Fi 156 Storch (Stork) was a virtually ubiquitous vehicle of the German Luftwaffe during WWII. Its short take-off and landing and slow-flying capabilities were utilised by many other military and civilian users, and not only in Europe. During and after the war these aeroplanes were also manufactured in France, Romania and Czechoslovakia, with a total production number exceeding the 4,000 pieces.
The "Dozen Set" line of handbooks is aimed especially at scale modellers. Each title describes twelve particular aeroplanes, documented by period photos, and also brings useful detailed shots which can be utilised in finishing the models. The publication has 28 pages, including a total of 48 overall and detailed photographs, 12 pages with colour camouflage schemes and their description. Text in English. A comprehensive decal sheet is added for modellers' convenience. Two variants of this title are available, one including 1/72 scale decal sheet (MKD72004) and the other with 1/48 scale decal set (MKD48004). Following aircraft are depicted on each decal sheet: Germany (1x), Luftwaffe (3x), Bulgaria (1x), Royal Air Force (1x), French Air Force (1x), Czechoslovakia (3x), Hungary (1x) and Switzerland (1x).
